The first match: Hayashi fought with Hikaru from All Japan Women Pro wrestling Federation. Hayashi wanted to win as with her previous match but she lost before Hikaru's verve.
The third match: Devil, after a long time, made a tag team with RAN they fought with Kansai & AKINO who made a tag team for the first time. AKINO had good condition and got a pin over RAN.
The fourth match: Hamada (who had returned from Mexico) and Aska fought with Aja & Uematsu. She won this first match since returning match from Mexico.
The fifth match: Nagayo fought with Shark as a single match. Shark went ahead with this match advantage by using a chair, chain, shinai in the rule that against the rule.
She put Nagayo onto the barbed wire and won perfectly. After the match, Shark asked Aska to join a heel team but Aska gave her an elbow punch as intending to shake hand.
Aska appealed for the unit with Nagayo, she shouted gMy partner is Nagayo in my life"!
The final match: The new tag champion team Toyota & Amano, fought with Sugar & Nagashima for a no title match. Sugar & Nagashima, who are the most successful tag team in GAEA JAPAN history, won a losing game from the champion team. They have no belt, however they showed their ability proudly.
After the show, all GAEA JAPAN wrestlers entered ring and Pres. Kimura announced that GAEA JAPAN would be closing down in April 2005. Nagayo as a representive of the wrestlers said, gAll GAEA wrestlers will do their best to fight in the remaining 6 months. And the second way of wrestlers after next April will be announced in the ring."

The third match: Kansai & AKINO vs. Devil & Ran
AKINO won (15'59" Tornado A)

The semi final match: Nagayo & Shark
Shark won (5'45" Ralliat on the barbed wire)

The final match: Toyota & Amano vs. Sugar & Nagashima
